Our three beautifully appointed, hand-built (by us!) villas offer everything you need for a truly memorable and relaxing stay. Each villa showcases stunning views of the majestic escarpments from every window, with vivid sunsets and a unique blend of farm stay and private bush retreat.
At Amaroo, there is plenty to experience—explore the property, discover the local flora and fauna, enjoy a picnic, bask in the sunshine, swim in the pristine waterhole, or simply relax while watching the cows graze. You can also take a leisurely bush walk through the surrounding countryside.

Our luxury villas feature two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plush king-size beds, private balconies with outdoor baths and showers, and stunning views of the escarpment. Enjoy underfloor heating, robes, slippers, Wi-Fi, HD TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions, a wood fire, air conditioning, games, and books. Outside, relax on the large deck with a BBQ or by the garden fire pit, all while surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.
You can also visit the charming town of Kangaroo Valley, with its many shops and delicatessens. It’s an incredible place, and we look forward to sharing our slice of paradise with you.
